An event that welcomes the incoming batch into the IISER fraternity; it is under the purview of the DC and is generally conducted in the first month when a new batch arrives. Freshers are a vibrant event that introduces the new students to their seniors and helps them to be comfortable in a new campus. It is an evening filled with fun games, music and DJ, along with a special menu organised entirely for the new students! Held at the Amphitheater for the last two editions, it promises to be a spectacular experience with unique themes that range from movies to retro eras.
